İnönü University Turgut Özal Medical Center
İnönü University Faculty of Medicine Research Hospital started to serve temporarily in 1990 in the barracks of the State Hospital. The foundation of Turgut Özal Medical Center, which is the most important and most modern hospital project of our country in the field of health, was laid in 1991 and was completed within 5 years and put into service in 1996.
İnönü University Turgut Özal Medical Center is 10 km from Malatya. It is located within the İnönü University campus, built on an area of 7,000 decares on Highway 309 in the east.
The exterior of the building has a thermally insulated, highly reflective glass and a barrier curtain wall. There is no window opening out. Heating in all closed areas, hygienic air conditioning in operating rooms and intensive care units, cooling and ventilation are provided by air conditioning consisting of air handling units, cooling groups and aspirators.
